About Us
Established in 2021, Elsiarc was created to develop a more personal approach to internal audit, assurance, risk management, clinical quality and compliance, supporting organisations who have either no team or a very small team in-house.
The company draws from a small pool of experienced audit managers who have worked in a combination of audit, care quality, risk and compliance for up to 35 years each. Their careers span a diverse range of organisations, including Health and Social Care, Housing Providers, Local Government, Higher and Further Education and Charities.
Our team are passionate about helping organisations evaluate their management of risks and giving assurance around internal controls, and fundamental standards of quality and safety, making recommendations which fit the individual business model to help drive improvement in controls and standards, in addition to bringing the concept of risks into day-to-day activities and ensuring the end-to-end processes are effective.
We work with all levels of an organisation from staff on the ground through to operational business managers, regional managers, corporate managers and Executive Boards, all of which have a role to play in risk management, internal control and care quality.

We have often seen that audit and compliance checks are a tick box exercise to satisfy Boards or other regulatory bodies and individuals fail to understand the risk of controls and standards not being in place.
We seek to ensure that individuals and teams develop a deeper understanding of these areas so that controls, standards and risk management becomes embedded in their daily tasks and in turn drives improvement in their business areas.
We have experience of supporting organisations where there are constant strategic, business and operational changes and we have an agile methodology to ensure that our services continue to reflect organisational change and subsequent risks to give assurance to Board and Executive Committees.
